The Crozon Foil Festival is excited to announce the list of 40 surfers selected for the Surf Foil event.
Crozon, 09/16/2024 – The organizing team of the Crozon Foil Festival is thrilled to reveal the list of 40 surfers selected for the Surf Foil event, one of the main disciplines of this event. Athletes will come from all over the world to represent the United States and Hawaii, Australia, South Africa, Polynesia, New Caledonia, Italy, Spain, England, Portugal, the Netherlands, and France.

We would like to sincerely thank all the applicants for their interest and numerous submissions. The level of competition was particularly high this year, with many excellent surfers applying. However, due to the limited number of spots available in the competition brackets, we had to make some tough decisions to select only 40 participants in this still young but rapidly growing sport.
We understand that this selection might cause disappointment for some surfers who were not chosen, and we share their regret at not being able to accommodate everyone. However, the capacity for the Surf Foil competition is limited to 40 spots, which forced us to make these choices.
Don’t forget the Downwind Foil and Dock Start Pumping
Meanwhile, there are still a few spots available for the Dock Start Pumping event. The list of selected participants for this discipline will be published in the coming days.
Finally, we remind you that there are currently 108 registrants for the Down Wind Foil event, which is set to be exceptional this year. Registration for this race will close soon, so we encourage interested athletes to finalize their participation as soon as possible.
